How can I track my order?
After you place your order you should receive an email within
48 hours with tracking information
Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
Tracking information isn't always real-time. Shipping
providers might delay updating the tracking locations by several days. Rest
assured, your package is still on its way to you and probably further along
than it looks.
The customs information says that my international order is stuck at a sorting facility. What does that mean?
Customs information for international orders is not quite
the same as tracking information. Customs information is only updated when it
is relevant to the customs process. Even if it appears that your order is
“stuck” in a sorting facility, there’s no need to worry – your order is likely
much further along than it appears.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
After it's shipped, average delivery times are 2-5 business days within the
United States.
If it's an international order, most packages arrive within
two or three weeks, though it can take from four to six based upon how your
country handles those packages. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do on our
end to expedite that process.
Can I change my shipping address?
We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email our Customer Care team with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.
Can I change my billing address?
Oops! Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! It appears that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!
Can I change my email address?
Yes! Please email our Customer Care team with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address. :)
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
As soon as you place your order, we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit our policy page for return information If you wish to submit a return authorization once your order has been received. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.
My package arrived and I have a problem
Oh no! We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but we understand that mistakes can happen. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority and we will gladly assist you with any issues with your order. Please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as you notice the issue and they will work to resolve it. Please note that you may be required to provide photos in order for our team to best assist you.
Return Policy
Returns can be made within 7 days of the product arriving.
Before returning a product, please email our Costumer Care Team to let us know that it’s coming. In your email include the following information:
- Order ID
- Name of the product in the order
- Reason for return
- Specify if you’d like a refund or to make an exchange
Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
The product can typically be repackaged in the same box that it was delivered in, but be sure to apply your return shipping label on top of the original postage information to avoid confusion with the courier.
Please note that swimwear and items on sale do not qualify for a return or exchange.
